A: The Bus Facility:
- Commuting by school bus is an occasion for the pupil to cultivate good habits like patience, forbearance, tolerance, sympathy, team spirit, cooperation and consideration for others.
- Gentlemanly and exemplary behaviour is expected of all the students in the bus and at the boarding point, where they wait for the bus.
- Putting hands, the head or elbows outside is strictly forbidden. All are expected to speak English in the school buses.
- In order to maintain order and discipline in the bus students are to cooperate with the bus staff.
- Strong and prompt disciplinary action will be taken against the students who do not behave themselves in the bus.
- If the school bus fails to ply on any day on account of some unforeseen reason, the students should come to school by other means.
- Those who avail themselves of the school bus facility must pay bus fee for 11 months.
- Those who board the bus in the first Village try to occupy the last seats so that other can quickly get into the bus. Follow the First in Last Out System while coming to the school and Last in First Out while going back Home.
- Kindly show your Bus Pas as you get into the Bus. And Update it regularly without fail.
B: The Computer Lab Facility: Upgrading and training your child in Computer Technology is a FREE SERVICE offered in the school to all the classes from I to X. The formal Typing skills and Microsoft Office Suite is taught together with Internet surfing to facilitate their research skills in the world-wide-web. The children together with Teachers mutually learn how to research and present Lessons with Power Point Presentations.
C: The Science Lab: The School is well-equipped with Science lab equipment covering Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. The students from class VI to X are taken to the lab to have hands-on experience to facilitate their deeper understanding of the subject.
D: The Library: The Library is equipped with over 2000 titles covering number of books on autobiographies, Literature in English, Telugu and Hindi and Many more story books to facilitate students curiosity to learn and explore the Literary world. It provides a very good chance for the students to improve their comprehensive skills. The librarian’s permission is necessary to take away any reading material outside the Library. You are to register the book on your name before you take away.
E: The Counselor: In case your child has any adjustment problems or other issues that bar his progress towards development of integral personality, on prier appointment the management offers Counseling service.
F: The First Aid: DBHS has First Aid Facility. In case of emergencies the student will be attended to at the nearest nursing home after informing the parents. In case the parent is unavailable, the school will do the needful in the interest of the child. Please notify the school office for any change in the health status of your child.
G: The Quizes, Dhees, Big Fights, DB Idols, and the Leagues: The school provides ample opportunities to the students to excel in their talents in Quizes, Dances, Debate and Speech skills, Singing, Writing, Sports and Games. We call it the Special Saturday Masthi
H: The Academic Course: The Academic course for the students consists of Telugu, Hindi, English, Mathematics, Physical Science, Biological Science, General Science, Environmental Science, Social Studies, General Knowledge, Spoken English, Work and Computer Education, Value Education and Life skills, Arts and Cultural Education Physical and Health Education.
I: Make-Up Study: It is the duty and responsibility of the student to make up all the academic work missed when absent.
