A disciplined person comes from a disciplined family. So you are expected
to teach your children the first lessons of discipline in the family itself. You
are requested to co-operate with the school management in the following
aspects and it will help our children in further development.

1. The school diary serves as a means of communication between the school and the parents. Please check and countersign the remarks entered in the diary.
2. The parents may use the diary for brief communication with the school and the teachers.
3. Legitimate grievances may be brought to the attention of the school authority, but kindly avoid negative criticism which does not do any good to anyone.
4. Parents are most welcome to meet teachers on Saturdays to discuss about the progress of their child.
5. Send the child to school intime. The school gate will be closed at 9.00 in the morning.
6. Don’t send them to school with valuable things or ornaments and money. If they do so, the management will not hold any responsibility for the loss of the same.
7. Make sure that the child attends all the tests and examinations without absence. Tests once conducted will not be conducted under any reason.
8. Pay the fee regularly and keep the bills safely till the end the academic  year.
9. A student who has not paid fees up to date will not be eligible to obtain Study Certificate or any other documents from the school.
10. You should attend the Parent – Teacher meeting and seminars arranged for you by the school.
11. The school reserves to itself, the right to compel the parent to withdraw their child from the school, if their progress in studies is unsatisfactory or if their attendance is irregular or their conduct is harmful to other students.
12. No student will be sent home during the school hours, unless the parent or a duly authorized person come to take him/her. He/she should get the written permission of the principal and sign the register before taking the child from the school.
13. Check and return the answer sheets and progress report duly signed the next day of its receipt.
14. Consult the office for the clarification of all doubts and other information.
15. No visitors are allowed into the class rooms or meet the teachers or the students during the school hours, without the written permission of the principal.
16. Change of address of the Parent/Guardian must be notified to the school office immediately.
