The PTA is a consultative body, a forum for parents and teachers to engage in mutually beneficial discussion and work for the welfare of the school community. Communication and interaction between students, parents and teachers is extremely important in the learning process. The foundations for a close relationship between home and school are laid in early childhood. This close relationship needs to be fostered at all levels of schooling.
