On Leaves:

1. While applying for leave a student should get the letter signed by the parent or guardian previous day and submit the diary to the principal after marking in the “Leave or absence Record”.
2. In case of Early Departure from the School the student has to get parents signature on the “Leave during School Hours Record” and present the diary to the principal informing the teacher as well.
3. The student should report in the School Office and wait to be picked up by the parent. If returning to the school on the same day must get readmittance sign from P.E.T or the Principal.

On Home Work:

1. Parents are advised to follow-up their children and make sure they do
   the home work on daily basis. Failing in which they lose marks in the
   internal assessment.
2. With the onset of CCE pattern of evaluation it is everyday Exam Time.
   Every Academic activity be it project work, class notes or home work
   everything counts for assessment and Evaluation and grading.

On Assessments:

1.  Your child has to attend for Four Formative Assessments and Two Summative Assessment apart from the Final Summative Assessment.
2. The Formative Assessment consists of Project work, Slip Test, Presentations of Topics given for study and Class Notes. So make sure your child attempts to all these Elements for the Formative Assessment.
3. Formative Assessments may include Multiple Choice Questions, Class work, Projects, Home Assignment, Power Point, Presentations, Oral Comprehension, Quiz, Elocution, Recitation, Group Work, Speeches, Communication, Reading Listening , Experiments, Debates, Declamation, Book Review, Essay, Poetry writing, any other.
4. The Four Formative Assessments will make up to 20% in the Final Summative Assessment. Everyday Follow up of your child is a must. If you are unable to then make sure your child joins the Hostel at the School.
5. If you fail to pay the school fee in time your child may not be permitted to attend the Assessments. So make sure you pay in time and encourage your child and avoid inconvenience.

On Progress Card:

1. It shows the performance of your child. So take proper steps to ensure
   your child make improvements in the subject where he/she is weak.
2. Sign the Academic achievement file Cum progress card that is sent to you after Summative I and II within three days and return to the class teacher. The Formative Assessment Grades are sent to you by the Class Teacher on the progress card present in the Diary. Please do acknowledge that as well.
